At present, most of the researches on e-business credit evaluation focus on assessment indicator system based on subjectively scoring and generally adopt the mechanism of points accumulating. We found that those credit evaluation lack objectivity and comprehensiveness. At the same time, we observed the large amount of review data with exponential growth. Based on this observation, we proposed an e-business credit based on opinion mining. With text mining method we extracted the credit-related information from the massive reviews to make objective evaluation. Static indicator system and dynamic factors were taken into consideration comprehensively, as well as a credit update algorithm was proposed. The experiment shows that our method is more practicable and flexible than the previous methods.
