This paper introduces the solution to the prediction of deformation trend on ancient tower. Based on the assumption, the paper gets a general method for finding the center position. And according to the observation data, the deformation quantities of two contiguous floors are obtained. It turns out that the tilt degree and the tilt angle change from big to small, then from small to big, the tower body is twisting. Lastly, the deformation trend is evaluated from four aspects by grey prediction method. It is shown that the displacement in the horizontal and vertical directions are becoming longer and longer, and the tilt degree and the tilt angle are becoming bigger and bigger.
