Research on the quartz crystal microbalance gas sensor and environmental application

As people's health and safety consciousness is improving, various toxic or harmful gases, industrial wastes, food and living environment quality, and work-places environment quality inspection were put forward with higher request. This paper gives the working principle of a Quartz Crystal Microbalance (QCM) gas sensor. This paper analyzes and evaluates the QCM Gas Sensor by artificial neural network.
