In the dynamic cloud computing environment with large-scale resources, this paper analyzes the existing scheduling mechanism and the common-task scheduling algorithm to design a resource evaluation model in the cloud computing environment and put the resource evaluation model into scheduling system. The resource information is analyzed and evaluated by the evaluation module and the evaluation results are provided to the task scheduler so as to realize the matching optimization of resources and tasks and improve the service quality of quality of service (QoS). The experimental results show that the model is effective and feasible.
