It is easy to produce "mismatches" affecting the equipment maintenance support, because the new system radar technology is complex, the spare parts consumption rule is difficult to grasp, and the demand prediction for spare parts varieties is not accurate. This paper takes the new system radar equipment spare parts support as the research background, analyzes the main influence factors to determine the new system radar equipment spare parts varieties, constructs the evaluation index system of new system radar equipment spare parts, and proposes the radar equipment spare parts determination algorithm based on gray AHP. Finally, it verifies the effectiveness of the method by an example.
