摘要

This paper analyzes laminar and turbulent flow velocity in detail based on the knowledge of fluid dynamics. With this theoretical base, this paper then deduces calibration coefficient formula of ultrasonic flow meter, and designs calibration method to meet the actual fluid state. And finally, uses the iterative method to make it with the single-channel DN100 ultrasonic flow meter. The analysis of the experimental dada indicates that the calibration method has greatly improved the two important indicators: the accuracy and repeatability of ultrasonic flow meter.
