The second edition of the Conference on Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computers, CETC 2013, was held on the 5th and 6th of December, in Lisbon, Portugal. CETC, which is a premier conference in the broad field of Electronics, Telecommunications, and Computers was organized by the Department of Electronics, Telecommunications and Computers Engineering of Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEt), Lisbon, Portugal.
