Information technology security patent application analysis in China

摘要

With the development and extensive application of information technology, information security has become increasingly important, and information security technology gets unprecedented attention. Therefore, information security industry has been developing rapidly. Intellectual property protection of information security technology is important for the development of the information security industry, and it also reflects the current developments in information security. In this article, we use China patent retrieval system to analyze information security technology patents in China according to the domestic patent applications, the applicants, and the comparison of Chinese and foreign patent applications. We summarize the situations of information security industry and the trends of information security in China, and provide some advices for information security technology research and industry development.
