摘要

The development of wireless communication devices toward miniaturization, integration andhigh frequency brings inescapable electromagnetic (EM) interference and EM pollution. To solve this problem,EM wave absorption materials with strong absorption ability in a wide frequency range, low density, and thinabsorption layer are needed. Compared with ferrites and other traditional magnetic materials, Fe-based softmagnetic nanocrystalline alloys exhibit superior soft magnetic properties, especially large saturationmagnetization (M_s) and permeability (μ) at higher frequency. Combined with their high resistivity, the Fe-basednanocrystalline alloys may be good candidates for EM wave absorption materials. In this work, a FeSiBCualloy with Fe content of over 80 at.% has been designed for developing new nanocrystalline EM waveabsorbers in this work.
