摘要

The measure of declaring a foreign national as an undesirable person for Romania is fully justified in the case of risks and threats faced by the bodies with powers in the field of national security. Considering the strategic threats to national security, the specified measure leads to carrying out policies of stability and security, with the firm respect of fundamental rights and freedoms.
