摘要

Boron carbide-titanium diboride composites were fabricated by hot pressing and reaction sintering methods. Micro- and nano-sized boron carbide particles were used to produce these composites. Thermal neutron attenuation behaviors of the composites were investigated. A decrease of the particle size was found to increase neutron attenuation.
