Tacon de Torque para uso Ortopedico: Propuesta de un Nuevo Diseno

摘要

The Torque Heel is an appliance used to correct the tibial torsion deformities. In this paper is shown the design and the material to manufacture a prototype of the Torque Heel in Cuba. Results are obtained through: experimentation applied to acquire the material used and determination of the design strength by the Finite Element Method.
