摘要

The production of marine microalgae in photobioreactors (PBR) has long been demonstrated only for species such as Nannochloropsis sp., however others such as Tetraselmis sp. and Isochrysis sp. (T-ISO) are regularly grown in bags with green-water system. In this study, these three species were cultured in traditional polyethylene 400 L bags or in 2-m acrylic 100 L column PBRs to compare densities attained, productivity and the biochemical composition of the harvested biomass.
