Due to its biodiversity, fish is rich in many compounds of interest to the pharmaceutical and food industries. These compounds are biologically active and can be present in the lipid and protein fraction of fish, crustaceans, algae and microalgae. Thegrowth registered in the global production of fish in recent decades, led to the increased volume of waste generated by the production chain. This waste poses serious environmental pollution problems, mainly due to lack of proper destination. In this study, we evaluated the productivity of the sediment, oil and aqueous fractions of the chemical silage obtained from tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) residues with different acidifying solutions
