A brief introduction to the necessity of studying the management across cultures between China and the United States (US) takes precedence firstly in this paper. Then the contrast of Hofstede's four cultural dimensions will be held, including Individualism versus Collectivism, Power distance, Uncertainty avoidance, Masculinity versus Femininity. And then, some advices will be put forward to promote bilateral cross-cultural Management. They are: Recognizing the difference of cultures; Sensitive training; Establishing common managing concept and enterprise culture; Implementing local strategy. Finally a conclusion is made that culture harmony can promote bilateral understanding and trust between China and US and improve cross-cultural management.
