Study on Spatial Planning Strategy of the River-Crossing Cities in the Middle and Lower Reaches of Yangtze River Based on Low Carbon

摘要

The sustainable growth of CO_2 emission has enormously threatened the globe ecological environment, and the reducing of CO_2 emission consequently became a focus question concerned by the whole world. Studies indicate that the urban spatial structures has partly restricted the urban carbon emission and the sustainable development. This paper analyses the spatial planning strategy of the river-crossing cities in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river from three aspects of urban traffic, urban form and industrial pattern.
