From the aspect of long-term development of enterprises, constructing and implementing the product identity system should be the core content of design management. The paper analyzed the level relationship between the elements of product identity system, deployed the elements and researched them in detail. Based on that, studied the development process of "Swatch" brand, analyzed the variable and invariants in product image design management, and discussed the interrelation between them.
