As for the problem that the evaluation result of learning maturity of power safety regulations is not figurative and visual, a synthetic evaluation model of learning maturity of power safety regulations based on improved radar chart is proposed. The evaluation process of the model is as follows: firstly, a evaluation index system of learning maturity of power safety regulations is established, then the overall weight of each subsystem is determined based on the subjective and objective combination weighting method, and lastly a comprehensive evaluation model is built using improved radar chart to evaluate learning maturity of power safety regulations. The model can evaluate figuratively and visually learning maturity of power safety regulations, and it is of fast computing speed, high reliability, and with practical significance.
