摘要

Objective: to design and realize an automatic remote weighing and counting system for weighing a plurality of billets on a hot roller production line. Methods: through improving the Stability Judgement of billet scales, optimizing the counting and counting process, automatically calculating the billet numbers, and closely integrating the control logic of the weighing counting system and the pushing control system of the billet, the technical transformation of the existing remote billet weighing and counting system is carried out. Results: the intelligent billet separation system was realized based on the idea of model free adaptive control. Conclusion: it achieves the expected effect of automatic weighing multiple billets and automatic furnace separation, improves the work efficiency and reduces the heat loss.
