the aim the these study was to determinate GPT and GOT for albino rats that treated with alloxan and polyphenols extracted from solanum melongena The results showed significant differences (P <0.05)about (GOT) in group (b) which are treated with (Alloxan+ Polyphenol extract(100 mg/Kg)compared with group (c)which are treated with ( Alloxan (50mg/Kg), and Statistical analysis (GPT) showed significant differences when (P <0.05) in group (b) which are treated with(Alloxan+ Polyphenol extract(100 mg/Kg)compared with group (c)which are treated with ( Alloxan (50mg/Kg).
