Intelligence production in the Intelligence Community (IC) suffers from inadequate collaboration, poor informationsharing, and lack of visibility into a complex production process, resulting in intelligence reports that are not aligned tothe user’s needs. This exacerbates decision-making problems by preventing critical data from reaching the appropriatestaff, which prevents commanders from achieving their desired mission requirements due to incomplete or inadequateinformation. Using Object-Based Production, Adaptive Process Management, and Entity Management technologies, anew wiki-like capability was created that provides a wiki’s ease of use and understanding while addressing weaknessessuch as lack of multi-level security, no enforcement of IC publishing standards, and lack of product currency―providingan IC-aligned intelligence production solution addressing the above needs.
