This paper attempts to explore the cognition of college students' ability-based education of socialist core values and the guiding links to achieve this goal in the process of education. College students can't form individual independent practice ability and lack initiative and creativity in the practice of socialist core values education. This paper attempts to solve these problems in order to achieve the ability of college students to solve their realistic contradictions. This paper tries to reveal the synchronism and orientation of socialist core values education and college students' ability development and reveal the synchronicity and steerability of the education of socialist core values and the development of the ability of college students to promote the effective development of the education of socialist core values. Besides, this paper also discuss the relationship between the education of socialist core values of college students and the development of human beings and the cultivation of talents' ability in the times, which can help people understand the new rules and requirements under the new time and space conditions of science, technology, production, economy and politics and help college students to improve their cognitive level. Moreover, this paper also tries to explore the more in-depth details of the socialist core values education for college students and the influential links and methods of the detailed carrier of the educatee's thought and behavior, so as to realize the excavation and release of the potential ability of high-quality talents from the perspective of education.
