This paper develops the problems of robust stability analysis and H_∞ state feedback control synthesis for Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) Systems with time varying delay, using parameter dependent Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals. First, we use an integral inequality playing a key role in the derivation of such criterion and allow reducing the H_∞ cost in comparison to other results. Secondly, the LMI dilatation approach presented in this paper can express the original non convex problem in terms of convex linear matrix inequality and reduce consequently the conservatism of LMI synthesis without dilation. Both, analysis and synthesis conditions are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.
