The cultivation of ceramic art skills of primary and middle school art teachers is conducive to the inheritance and innovation of ceramic culture. It is conducive to the overall growth of primary and secondary school art teachers and the optimal development of art teaching in primary and secondary schools, and is conducive to the development of all-round socialist builders and successors. However, in current time, it is faced with the realistic dilemma of leading to insufficient attention, lack of effective protection, and lack of motivation for teachers due to the unclear understanding. In order to solve these problems in a targeted manner, it is necessary to grasp three key points, namely, doing top-level design, implementing training evaluation, and improving their own efforts.
