The Dilemma and Countermeasures of the Realization of Rural Old-age Right in Qinba Mountain Area Against the Background of Rural Revitalization: Taking Z Village, W Town in L City, Sichuan Province as an Example

The strategy of rural revitalization put forward at the 19th CPC national congress is a major decision and arrangement made by the party for the work related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers. However, with the acceleration of the aging trend of China's population, old-age care of the rural elderly faces many difficulties. How to solve the problems facing the realization of farmers' old-age right has become an urgent issue in the current rural revitalization. This paper analyzes the main problems in the realization of the rural old-age right through the field investigation of the current situation of the old-age care in Z village, W town, L city, Sichuan province, and puts forward countermeasures based on the rural revitalization strategy and the actual situation of the village.
