Development of the Factoring Services Market in Russia in the Conditions of Implementation of Information Technologies

Wide implementation of information technologies influences the market of factoring services. This condition influences also the conceptual approaches to implementation of factoring operations. Appearance of new software - E-factoring, EDI factoring, etc. - enabled application of smart tools for further improvement of this market of financial services. According to this, the purpose of the article is to study genesis of development of factoring services market in the conditions of implementation of information technologies. The tools of the research include the methods of analytical assessment, historical analysis, and modeling of genesis of situational development. The factor of significance of the research is reflected in the context of formation of genesis of development of factoring services market in the Russian Federation on the basis of distinguishing specific characteristics of factoring products. On the whole, the article will be interesting as a structured material for reflecting the key periods of development of factoring services market and a tool for conduct of further research in this sphere of relations.
