摘要

Ion association and dissociation influences the transport properties in polymer electrolytes. The interaction between PMMA/ENR 50 blend and NH~4SCN salt was investigated using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and also to determine the effect of ion dissociation and association. Deconvolution of spectra band in the SCN~- mode of NH_4SCN has been carried out to estimate the spectroscopically free form of SCN~-. The variation in the number of available free mobile ions has influenced the variation of dielectric constant of polymer electrolyte blends.
