摘要

The experimental method is useful not only in helping students understand science, but also in developing students' skills and attitudes. However, for various reasons, many teachers in Indonesia do not implement the method effectively. As a continuation of previous analysis concerning practical science activities undertaken by SEAMEO QITEP in science, this study aimed to gather information about schools' laboratory activities in three regions of Indonesia, and compare their activities with the 2013 Science Curriculum. In this paper, we describe the study in depth and make some suggestions for the improvement of laboratory activities.
