Preface: Fourth International Conference on Quantum Technologies (ICQT-2017)

The articles in this volume are related to the presentations made at the Fourth International Conference on Quantum Technologies, which took place at the Radisson Royal (Ukraina) Hotel in Moscow, in July 2017. It included sessions on: ? superconductivity, ? quantum optics, ? ultra-cold atoms and molecules, ? plasmonics, ? photonics, ? optomechanics, ? cold neutrons, ? many-body theory, ? polaritons in solid state systems This event gathered together 244 participants from 17 countries, who followed 38 oral talks and discussed 90 poster presentations. Most of the oral talks presented at the conference were invited lecturers given by the distinguished specialists in the respective fields.
