State vector estimation in descriptor electrical circuits using the shuffle algorithm

Observers for descriptor electtical circuits by the use of the shuffle algorithm are proposed. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of the observers are given. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated on a numerical example.
