We present results of study of structure and electrical conductivity of the nanostructured ceramics BiFeO_3 measured for direct and alternating currents (from 1 kHz to 10 MHz) in the temperature range 25-500 °C. The power-law nature of the frequency dependence of the conductivity is discussed in the framework of the model of the correlated barrier jumps of charge carriers, presumably between two- and trivalent iron ions Fe~(2+) → Fe~(3+).
