Minimally invasive surgery in the horse continues to be very popular. The first research reports were written in the 1970's, where 4 reports were published. Since that time a number of research reports and review articles have been published. In a search of Pub-Med for "Equine Laparoscopy" the following number of papers where found: 1980's - 7, 1990's - 27, 2000's - 53, and so far since 2010-44 manuscripts. This talk will focus on work that has been done in the past 5 years.
