In this paper, the virtual environment of the production line is built by object-oriented software, Plant Simulaiton, as the development platform. The significance of this analysis is to find the bottleneck problem in the production line, and design recommendations for improvement, improve manufacturing efficiency and total product. The analysis can provide evidence to make their own decisions for managers. At the same time, we studied about modeling of AGV and material handling automation simulation using a virtual AGV.
