摘要

The paper describes a sensing system based on a camera and a visual pattern, developed to track displacements of the centre of gravity of antenna reflectors during unfolding. The sensing system has been integrated and tested on an industrial robot manipulator, in order to simulate the absence of gravitational forces and to avoid damages on the motors during the test of the unfolding procedure on Earth. The whole research has been supervised and financed by Airbus Defense & Space.
