(5)Improving the Relationship between Company and Community

摘要

The development of communities along history of men, has been benefited and boosted by the technological discoveries and the application of the same in each of the places, places where no urban development was conceived do to its geographical conditions. Specifically mining, before and now, is a progress factor for the surroundings where we find this source of work, unity and sustainability. Our society has promoted that this development in the communities, be taken in a harmonic, ecological and responsible way; where it has come to discover the professionalism of the investors and the government, recognizing some companies as: “socially responsible Company”. Corporates identify and monitor public expectations the community preserves, looking forward to create synergy with other sectors to multiply the result in the solution of social and economic problems; highlighting the social participation and inversion of the company that benefits the development of the community processes. A responsible methodology and example of private initiative are the call for papers for the social projects; which have as an objective to inject dynamism in each of the pillars that impact and benefit the individual. Calls for papers that through education, infrastructure, sports and environment axis; motivate community groups to extend their vision and innovate in benefit of them, in other words, during all this process of generation of social projects of the community begins to know itself: finds its limits and dares to direct its ways into horizons with a development with sense. This is why the importance of establishing a bond between company and community, where the result is that each social actor maximizes an added value; arising a positive identity from the community and a feeling for being a good neighbor from the company.
