Discussion on the current practice of the integration of operation and maintenance of substation and carrying out measures

It's very important of conducting the integration of operation and maintenance of substation to improve the work efficiency of production departments during the process of "SANJIWUDA" system construction. Based on the implementation goal of integration of operation and maintenance, the operation personnel are required to do part of maintenance personnel's work. However, the long-term independent model of operation and maintenance is a bottleneck of developing the integration. The implementation effects of integration of operation and maintenance in some provinces are summarized in this paper. After that, effective and reasonable trainings are put forward to push the integration of operation and maintenance. At the same time, the development of integration of operation and maintenance is prospected in the end.
