摘要

Capacitive touch sensors integrated with displays of higher resolution require more stringent specifications, e.g. in terms of ITO sheet resistance. Hence, the coating industry is constantly challenged to come up with new ideas. Whereas the ITO-95/5 composition could fulfill most specifications until about six months ago, now a transition to ITO-92.5/7.5 is almost a necessity in order to comply with newer specifications. This work will explain why this is the case, also taking into account different flexible substrates which are eligible for this application.
