The work mainly studied some new conditions and issues of accountancy emerged during the development of socialist market economy. Some difficulties and challenges that enterprise financial management met in the aspect of innovation under the condition of market economy were also analyzed. Based on the analysis, some solutions to those difficulties and challenges were proposed from the innovation of financial management's objective, financing method, capital structure, and financial analysis. It is hoped that the analysis is helpful and worthy learning for the innovation of enterprise financial management.
