English communication ability in enterprise internationalization management

摘要

In the trend of economic globalization, English plays a vital role in international enterprise management. On the one hand, English communication ability can improve the comprehensive quality of management personnel and promote internal employees' communication, making the enterprise realize internal management harmony and unity. On the other hand, English communication ability can coordinate cultural diversities, thus the enterprise will have broad development prospects. Starting from the enterprise international management, this work studied the function and value of English communication ability in enterprise international management.
