摘要

According to the deficiencies of the traditional social network community detection algorithm in ignoring semantic information and poor stability with large-scale network, this paper presents an overlapping community detection algorithm based on hierarchical label-HLPA (Hierarchical Label Propagation Algorithm). HLPA is an improved algorithm for community overlap propagation algorithm, using hierarchical label in the iterative process to replace common label. HLPA makes full use of the feature of the Semantic Web and eliminates the instability of the original algorithm. HLPA does not need to define the number and size of the community, and the detection of a high efficiency. The experiment shows that HLPA algorithm can achieve efficient partition of the overlapping community.
