Formation and evolution of dissipative structure of higher education industry system

Higher education industry is an open non-equilibrium large complicated system. The purpose of this paper is to answer what the higher education industry system structure are, what the formation conditions of dissipative structure are and how it evolves. First of all, this paper discusses the structure description of higher education industry by the input-output analysis method. Second, this paper elucidates the forming conditions of dissipative structure in higher education industry system by using the dissipative structure theory. Finally, based on exploring the stability and variability, competition, coordination, and optimization of the system this paper reveals its evolution rule. The innovation points of this paper consist in putting forward four conditions of dissipative structure formation that the system must meet with the entropy minus mechanism, far from the balance state, nonlinear coupling effect, and the non-equilibrium phase change mutations; establishing the basic equations of evolution of higher education industry system and coming to a conclusion that its general trend is to develop along the branch of dissipative structure from disorder to orderly, from new disorder to new orderly, and constantly to more advanced and more harmonious highly order degrees.
