The effect of operating parameters on flotation dynamics of BF-40 flotation machine

摘要

BF type flotation machine is a kind of self air & slurry suction flotation machine. In this paper, several key flotation kinetic parameters of BF-40 flotation machine are introduced, and the relationships of impeller rotating speed, impeller immersion depth, air suction amount, power consumption and air dispersion are studied by water test. Best test result is obtained on the condition of main shaft rotating speed of 151r/min, impeller immersion depth of 1195mm, which provides theory basis for the equipment industrialization.
