摘要

Worm-cam combined mechanism was chosen as the kinematic precept of upward-and-downward adjusting mechanism of automobile seat on the basis of functional requirements. The designing mathematical model of the combined mechanism was built on the basis of mechanism theories, and its programs were written in Matlab to solve the model. Parameterized models of every parts of the combined mechanism were built and their virtual assembly was carried out in CATIA. In ANASYS, which was based on assembly finite element analysis, the strength and rigidity of the combined mechanism assembly digital models was analyzed and evaluated. Finally, a design sample was presented.
