Off-line measurement range from 0.2 to 250 microns. On-line measurement range from 0.4 to 250 microns. Only wet measurement on Silicone was possible withbaseline ROI technology as dry thickness was lower than the low end of system range. Online wet measurement results are provided in the following slides.
