Analysis of the Human Rights Protection in Civil and Commercial Law

As the fundamental rights of men, human right is protected by the Constitution and law. With the continuous development of our economic society, the people have newer requirements for the protection of their rights. Civil and Commercial Law, as the Basic Law and the special law, also has new improvement in the human rights protection. This article will analyze the human rights protection concept, the status of human rights protection in China's Civil and Commercial Law and the improvement of the Civil and Commercial Law in human rights protection.
