The purpose of this article is to carry out the optimization process costs for Courier deliveries. An indispensable tool operators constantly struggle with issues of price and services appropriate for their marge. The level of profit earned for a single shipment, the largest direct costs are influenced by its use by couriers. This item becomes more and more difficult to verify. The optimization process direct costs must be carried out with due diligence and without deterioration at the level of customer service. The article presents one of the methods that are verification purposes posed couriers in their daily work and adapt them in such a way that the direct maintenance costs have been reduced. This process requires deactivation of several routes and binding with the change in other areas. Details are presented in the article.
