Comparative Analysis of School Bus Management Mode in China and America

摘要

The major school bus accidents in China frequently have attracted a great deal of attention towards school bus management in the whole society recently. Mainly by means of comparative analysis on Chinese and American school bus management mode, this paper shows that school bus management in China still has some issues including laggard legislations, limited finance expenditure, etc. With the Chinese situation, the model of school bus safety management is proposed based on analytical results. In fact, the reinforcement of safety management directly determines the security level of the school bus, and relevant government departments seeking to promote the development of the school bus industry will ensure students' personal safety through multi-pronged collaboration and community mobilization.
