The Study on Risk and Countermeasure of Highway Engineering Construction Contract

Highway engineering construction due to a long development cycle, complex and large scale, is filled with risks. The research of the risk and countermeasures of highway engineering construction is of great significance. In the paper, risk factors analysis of highway engineering construction contract in signing stage and implement stage are discussed, and some countermeasures are proposed, including risk aversion and risk transfer.
