College graduates' are valuable human resources of our country, and graduates' employment is the perennial problem of human resource disposition in our country since 1999. Currently it is urgent to thick that how to realize graduates' employment problem and dug it's behind existence reasons to make the valuable human resource has Logical and Effective development.
