Index System and Model of Evaluation to Implemented Performance of Patent Strategy from Perspective of Sustainable Development

The implemented performance of enterprise's patent strategy is an important component to measure its comprehensive benefits. It is of strategic significance for an enterprise to evaluate objectively its implemented performance of patent strategy. From the perspective of sustainable development, according to the 4 aspects of creation, application, protection and management of patent, the essay constitutes preliminarily a comprehensive evaluation index system of the implemented performance of enterprise's patent strategy which is composed of a set of 21 indexes on the basis of an amount of domestic and foreign literature survey, case study and expert consultation, and analyzes the evaluation model and method of implemented performance of enterprise's patent strategy with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and through a real case. The essay thinks the constitution of evaluation index system should obey a series of basic principles of objectivity, systematization, science and conciseness and the evaluation in essence is multi-object, multi-factor and multi-layer. Therefore, it is effective and feasible to select the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.
